4. Content Ownership & Licensing
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Mod MC
- By uploading content, you grant Mod MC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform
- You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload
- You may remove your content at any time, which will terminate the license (except for cached or archived copies)
Mod Content Guidelines
- Mods must comply with Minecraft's terms of service and EULA
- You must specify a license for your mod (recommended: open source licenses)
- Credit must be given to original creators when using or modifying others' work
- Mods must not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Mods must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
